Clarity Services is a credit reporting agency based in Clearwater, Florida. Clarity purports to sells credit reports that focus on the "non-prime" or "sub-prime" consumer markets by compiling a database of credit information that is not collected by the national credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) that is supposedly more indicative of the credit risk associated with an "under-banked" consumer.  Clarity's reports may include traditional credit histories obtained from the national credit bureaus blended with information from its own database related to bank account utilization, check writing history and check cashing history. Clarity also offers reports that purport to assess the risk that a consumer will engage in fraudulent behavior.

Clarity requires that you request your report by telephone or by submitting a request by mail on a designate form.

Clarity does not have a specific procedure for disputing errors on a report, but does have a consumer support team that will accept calls by telephone.
