Xactus is a specialty credit reporting agency based in Salisbury, Maryland.  Xactus provides credit reporting products to lenders in the mortgage industry. Xactus assembles credit information from the three national credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) into a single tri-merge credit report.  Xactus may additionally provide employment and income verification.
